Systonomy has devised a unique methodology to deliver class training and to effectively teach Six Sigma for Software Engineering, this is the result of our ongoing efforts to improve the pedagogy of our approach to adult education.
We are constantly investigating new methods and innovative studies to deliver training and we maintain a strong liaison with both Industry and Academia to foster research in this area. We do believe that Learning is not compulsary - neither is survival (W. Edwards Deming)
University Professors and Six Sigma practitioners alike are familiar with the difficulties and challenges of effectively teaching statistics and software engineering to both students and professionals.
Our training features a high level of interaction with participants, practical examples, hands-on class exercises and experiments specifically tailored to show the potential, practical applications to the IT and Software business environments. Attendees will learn to use Excel, MINITAB and other industry standard tools (Crystal Ball, JMP), to perform graphical and statistical data analysis.
Moreover, we have developed our own graphical tools and models to integrate the theoretical aspects of the course with elements of Visual Six Sigma and simulation exercises that help participants grasp on advanced concepts, more easily.
